Government as a Platform: Orchestrating stakeholders in crisis situations through digital platforms

How can the government better manage crises? In the project, we take advantage of digital platforms and their principles to improve the coordination and orchestration of relevant actors in the Canton of Zurich on the example of the Ukraine refugee crisis. Our goal is to enhance the overall resilience of the canton and create public value.
